Where did you place yourself in the check-in today?

How we feel can vary from day to day. Yet there are other times when we might find ourselves stuck in the "tough time" mood longer than we might like to be.

Sometimes we hesitate to reach out.

We want you to know that there are resources for young people in the community. We want to partner with them.

This week we have a guest speaker from Noah's House who will speak to the importance of available resources for young people to help them cope with mental health issues.

About our guest speaker, Nicolas Jakoweic:
A recent graduate from the Universities Psychology with the Thesis program, Nicolas has extensive experience working in the field of mental health through varying organizations throughout the city such as Crossroads: Centre for Personal Empowerment and the Alzheimer Society of Windsor-Essex. Nicolas also recently had a paper published in the Journal of Interpersonal Relations, Intergroup Relations, and Identity based upon cultural factors as predictors of happiness.
